semco-foto-gruppoThe Training Course “Social Entrepreneurs for Mediterranean Communities – SEMCO” took place in Palermo, Italy, from the 11th to the 19th of October 2014. The project – co-funded with the support of the European Commision on the framework of the Youth in Action, sub-action 3.1: Cooperation with EU Neighboring countries – has gathered 26 participants (mainly youth workers and social operators) coming from several Euro-mediterranean Countries: Italy, Malta, Lebanon, Poland, Egypt, Latvia, Tunisia, Palestine, Israel, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, UK. During the TC participants have followed the cohesive learning path designed by the experienced trainers. Moreover, they took part in a variety of non-formal and informal sessions with the aim of acquiring and developing of the skills and tools to be a social entrepreneur.

This report summarizes their learning path, sharing methods and activities successfully implemented.
