SAMIN project, aiming at providing new tools and methods to all the organizations working for the integration of migrants in the job market, developed in the last months with the publication of two core products, the Gap Analysis and the Methodological Handbook. On 26th to the 27th of March 2015 the partners of the SAMIN consortium have met for the 3rd meeting in Linz (Austria) at the BFI headquarter to discuss the further steps of the project.
In particular, the partners discussed about the Methodological Handbook, a tool for organisations which will be helpful to show the Transfer of Innovation of the successful FIBA project, thus giving new tools and ideas to work for the integration of migrants in the job market. Also, a series of “Train-the-trainers” events in all partner countries was agreed in order to perform an effective Capacity Building Strategy and pilot the results of the Methodological Handbook.
Next and final meeting of the consortium will be in Grenoble in September 2015.
