Training courses on new technologies: continuing the journey within the communities of OUR DIGITAL VILLAGE

OUR DIGITAL VILLAGE has trained more than 100 teachers in various European countries on innovative technologies such as robotics and 3D printing, enhancing their digital skills for more engaging lessons. The teachers will lead courses for students and adults, promoting the pedagogical use of technology. Physical and online info desks provide technical support to rural communities, expanding access to digital resources.

EDI Go aims to support youth organisations by improving internal practices that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. In September, 10 youth workers participated in a training course in Palermo, structured into 5 modules, to acquire skills to strengthen these practices. The materials, including curricula and resources, are available on the project platform in multiple languages.

In Europe, the employment rate of people with disabilities is only 50.8 percent, compared to 75 percent for those without disabilities, highlighting a major disparity. Be Inclusive aims to promote employment inclusion in SMEs through an Information Brochure, videos and microlearning modules. These tools will help companies and institutions create more equitable and inclusive work environments.
