We are looking for 3 youth workers/educators/project leaders/volunteers working in the social sector to involve in the international training course “(UN)MAPPED GROUNDS” which will take place from the 16th to the 24th of March 2020 in Slovenia.
Project’s aims to establish a model of sustainable organizational development and staffing monitoring plan in order to transfer knowledge to the future youth workers, with the high goal to fill the gap of knowledge from generation to generation. The activities will be focus to help participants to manage internal balance for effective communication, creative power of teamwork to address different and modern social challenges and phenomena.
At the end, participants will get a stronger and clearer definition of themselves and of their own job and they will know new methods of approach.
A European certificate of participation will be released to all course participants!
Candidate ideal profile:
- Residents in Italy;
- Youth workers/educators/project leaders/volunteers with a low or medium level of experience in youth work;
- Basic knowledge of English.
Location: Gorenje nad Zrečami, Slovenia
Hosting Organisation: Youth centre of Dravinja Valley (Mladinski center Dravinjske doline)
When: from 16th to 24th of March 2020
Accommodation and meals: fully covered by the Erasmus+ programme
Participation fee: 60 €
Travel costs: Covered by the Erasmus+ programme UP TO EUR 275.
