How can we encourage civic engagement among young people? How can we make participation more accessible and fair? Let\u2019s discuss it together!<\/span><\/p>\n

Join us for a <\/span>public forum<\/b> to discuss these issues: an open forum where we can reflect together on what is holding back young people\u2019s civic engagement, <\/span>how various social, economic and geographical obstacles are intertwined, and what practical steps can be taken to encourage broader and more informed participation<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event is part of the <\/span>ACTIVATE<\/span><\/a> initiatives, a European project that addresses some of the key challenges facing democracy today, such as low voter turnout, disinformation and difficulties in accessing decision-making processes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ACTIVATE <\/b>promotes the <\/span>strengthening of civic skills and political literacy<\/b>, the development of <\/span>digital resilience<\/b>, and the exploration of <\/span>creative and artistic forms of civic participation and engagement<\/b>, involving young people aged between 18 and 27 in seven countries: Spain, Kosovo, Italy, France, Hungary, Germany and Belgium.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the meeting, there will also be a detailed presentation of the <\/span>upcoming activities and free training opportunities<\/b> offered by the project: webinars, workshops and international exchange programmes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
