This is the purpose of <strong>the first two core products<\/strong> of the project <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.saminvet.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">SAMIN- Supporting VET by approaching ethnic minorities<\/a><\/strong>, now available for free download: the <strong>Gap Analysis<\/strong> and the <strong>Methodological Handbook<\/strong>. These two precious manuals will help organizations involved in the vocational integration of migrants, training professionals and all those who are interested in the issue of discrimination in the workplace to best develop new initiatives in this area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In particular, the Gap Analysis puts together the experiences of training projects from the various countries involved in the project (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and United Kingdom). For Italy we studied the <strong>vocational training projects<\/strong> carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Associazione-Santa-Chiara-Palermo\/117253908306948\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Associazione Santa Chiara<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/centroastalli.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centro Astalli<\/a><\/strong> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cissong.org\/it\/press\/news\/progetto-al-khantara...integrazione-sicura\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>the Alkhantara project<\/strong><\/a>.
