{"id":10094,"date":"2015-07-01T18:03:16","date_gmt":"2015-07-01T16:03:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.danilodolci.org\/?p=2979"},"modified":"2015-07-01T18:03:16","modified_gmt":"2015-07-01T16:03:16","slug":"can-and-do-training-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/en\/employment\/can-and-do-training-course\/","title":{"rendered":"CAN&amp;DO &#8211; Capability of Creativity and Culture for Change-Doing is on!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.danilodolci.org\/media\/sites\/5\/cando-web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2982\" src=\"https:\/\/en.danilodolci.org\/media\/sites\/5\/cando-web-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"can&amp;do-web\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Between 4<sup>th<\/sup> and 12<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2015 the\u00a0Capability of <strong><em>Creativity and Culture for Change-Doing &#8211; CAN&amp;DO<\/em><\/strong><strong> Training Course<\/strong>\u00a0will bring together 32 youth workers &amp; youth leaders, youth advisors &amp; peer educators, workers of intermediary organizations, social activists working with young people from 12 different European countries: Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Romania, Spain, Moldova.<\/p>\n<p>This 8-day-long Training Course \u2013\u00a0<em>funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 1, Mobility for youth workers<\/em>\u2013 is based on the\u00a0themes of <strong>creativity, entrepreneurial &amp; innovative culture <\/strong>and<strong> \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CAN&amp;DO aims to provide youth workers with the<strong> ready-to-use methods <\/strong>on how to assist youngsters with the competences needed to become integrated into and empowered to the<strong> knowledge-based society<\/strong>. The \u00a0team of\u00a0CAN&amp;DO believes in the potential of youth work towards\u00a0<strong>stimulating empowerment<\/strong>, as young people can be the best promoters of creative projects involving youngsters in\u00a0<strong>social life of local communities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During CAN&amp;DO, participants will be involved in a great variety of activities. All the sessions will be carried out through the <strong>formal and non-formal activities<\/strong> with Reciprocal Maieutic Approach, Creative Thinking methods and Learning through the arts. Theoretical sessions will be integrated and performed in an <strong>interactive way<\/strong>. Those include group-building activities, energisers, debates techniques, work in small\/big groups, outdoor activities, film projection, Open Space Technology.<\/p>\n<p>In the aftermath of the Training Course, participants will maintain communication on the matters of events, projects and initiatives organized on the basis of the knowledge and skills obtained at the Training Course. They will disseminate information on the EU current programmes\/policies\/initiatives, mainly <strong>EU 2020 Strategy<\/strong> and a conducive role of its flagship initiatives for empowerment of young people as well as <strong>European Year of Development<\/strong> <strong>2015<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The team of CAN&amp;DO is pleased to invite you to the\u00a0<strong>Intercultural evenings on July 5<sup>th<\/sup> and 6<sup>th<\/sup> of July<\/strong>. Those events will take place at the Convento di Baida (Via al Convento di Baida, 43 &#8211; Baida, Palermo).
