The project is funded by the DG Education and Culture \u2013 Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 Strategic Partnerships for Youth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The project involves six partners from six different countries among which the Centre for Creative Development Danilo Dolci. The other partners are: INNOVADE (coordinator, from Cyprus), <a href=\"http:\/\/danilodolci.org\/\">Four<\/a> Elements (Greece), Razvojni Center Srca Slovenije (Slovenia), Funda\u00e7\u00e3o da Juventude (Portugal), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antalya.edu.tr\/?&amp;changelang=EN\">CATRO Bulgaria Eood <\/a>(Bulgaria).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">All partners have a wide experience in EU projects and training of NEETs. Partners met in Athens to talk about the project and they agreed on objectives and responsibilities\/tasks of the project according to their competencies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The project aims at designing, developing, delivering and testing a comprehensive training programme for youth workers in transition planning. Trained youth workers will use this training to support the transition of NEETs and unemployed youth from education to employment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Among the activities of the project:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Needs Analysis and transfer of know-how and good practices in each partner country through on-line questionnaires<\/li>\n<li>Delivering a series of \u201ctrain the trainers\u201d seminars through blended learning, in each participant country<\/li>\n<li>Testing the effectiveness of the STEER training programme in pilot actions that will involve the trained youth workers providing transition support to NEETs and unemployed youth<\/li>\n<li>5 Info days in each country to disseminate the project outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Next STEER project meeting will be held in Porto (Portugal) at the end of February 2017 where the first results and intellectual outputs will be discussed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The STEER project lasts 18 months and it is coordinated by Dario Ferrante on behalf of the Centre for Creative Development \u201cDanilo Dolci\u201d.
