The Staff Training of the M-EASY project<\/strong> was held in Palermo from 27-31 of May, it was followed by great success.<\/p>\n

During this five-day training, partners had the opportunity to discuss various issues on how to use and improve the online platform in the most effective way.<\/p>\n

The presentation of e-Directory of existing mobile apps is a crucial part of the learning process as well as of the training, because as explained, it provides the learner with the opportunity of self-training in order to improve their mathematical skills by using an innovative Mobile App approach.<\/p>\n

One of the most important things to focus on in the meeting was; To test all the 22 problem-oriented mathematical apps<\/strong>, the so-called scenarios, and also to contribute to their development in order to ensure a positive impact for the specific target groups of the project.<\/p>\n

Participants from all partner countries worked in groups in order to test the functionality of the Mobile Apps in both the content and the technicalities. Through this activity, participants had the opportunity to discuss any necessary improvements they wish to see in the Mobile Apps.<\/p>\n

To add on, the \u2018\u2019Learner\u2019s Support Corner\u2019\u2019 <\/strong>was also introduced, where the future learner can have an opportunity to discuss with adult educators.<\/p>\n

The last two days of the training were devoted on the presentation of the \u2018Toolkit for adult educators\u2019<\/strong>, focusing on developing competences needed for effective running of the M-Easy training course. This two-day presentation had five different thematic axes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open and Innovative digital era Mobile Apps methodology for better outreach of the low-skilled learners.<\/li>\n
  2. Methodology and a Lessons plan.<\/li>\n
  3. Guide on how to work with problem-solving Mobile Apps on developing mathematical skills.<\/li>\n
  4. Assessment and monitoring tools to facilitate the validation process of the obtained within “M-Easy training course skills and competences.”<\/li>\n
  5. Effective learner-oriented educational approaches for low-level skilled adults, including refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Finally, in the final session of the training, partners shared success stories of the integration of low-level skilled adults<\/strong> through education, hoping they can be of great benefit, leading to great project results.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
