The new project Joint Venture – <\/strong>Business between socially excluded people and NGO <\/strong><\/a>\u2013 has had its online Kick off Meeting the 4th<\/sup> and 5th<\/sup> of February with all its partnership from five different European countries. The launching of the project has been successful and exciting as it is believed to reach good achievements thanks to the tools that will be developed and the expertise of the organizations involved.<\/p>\n

The project aims at designing and implementing a new hybrid methodology of incubation of \u201cJoint Ventures\u201d<\/strong> involving people at risk of exclusion who want to create a new business and that could do it with the guidance of an NGO and of the business world.<\/p>\n

According to the data linked to the recent pandemic situation, this type of collaboration is essential to mitigate the effects of unemployment, the effects of a growing social exclusion and a low rate of employability in Europe, where the need of new valuable skills is very high. Strengthening entrepreneurship is a determining factor as it is a transversal element that can help people to fit into a European dynamic of socio-economic development.<\/p>\n
