{"id":14340,"date":"2021-02-25T08:59:52","date_gmt":"2021-02-25T07:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/danilodolci.org\/?p=14340"},"modified":"2021-06-01T09:32:01","modified_gmt":"2021-06-01T08:32:01","slug":"disawork-emotional-intelligence-key","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/en\/news\/disawork-emotional-intelligence-key\/","title":{"rendered":"DISAWORK: Emotional Intelligence is the key"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The new project <a href=\"https:\/\/en.danilodolci.org\/project\/disawork\/\"><strong>DISAWORK &#8211; Development and Implementation of a Social Emotional Approach to the Workplace<\/strong><\/a><strong> (Erasmus + &#8211; KA2: Strategic Partnership | Adult) <\/strong>\u2013 has had its online Kick off Meeting among all the partners from 5 different European countries: it took place\u00a0 on the 27<sup>th<\/sup> of January and it has been an important moment for meeting and sharing all the objectives and achievements that the consortium is planning on reaching through the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n<p>The project focuses on the importance of a newly highly valued soft skill \u2013 <strong>Emotional Intelligence<\/strong> \u2013 seen as a key factor for the labor world and for the career development of individuals at all the steps of the workplace ladder: the project aims indeed at providing high quality management in emotional skills to European entrepreneurs, manager and SME, as well as their workers and employees.<\/p>\n<p>By creating training tools and for improving emotional intelligence skills, the partner consortium aims to achieve the overall objective of the project, which is to highlight the importance of Emotional Intelligence Skills in the new global scenario.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>objectives<\/strong> of the project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To examine the level of managers&#8217; Emotional Intelligence in Small and Medium Enterprises and promoting Emotional Intelligence (EI) for entrepreneurship.<\/li>\n<li>To identify the ability to manage EI skills according to organizational climate and employees&#8217; creativity.<\/li>\n<li>To promote Social Responsibility among entrepreneurs by applying EI.<\/li>\n<li>To make workers participants of a better management of their own emotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>KoM<\/strong> was the first step of a fruitful and long-lasting good relationship that will help the implementation of the project, through the foreseen output and activities.
