{"id":14650,"date":"2021-09-02T14:03:27","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T13:03:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/danilodolci.org\/?p=14650"},"modified":"2022-04-08T10:08:07","modified_gmt":"2022-04-08T09:08:07","slug":"online-trainers-guide-passionpreneurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/en\/news\/online-trainers-guide-passionpreneurs\/","title":{"rendered":"The trainers&#8217; guide in Italian of the PASSIONPRENEURS project is online"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PASSIONPRENEURS Trainer\u2019s Guide has been translated in Italian and it is now available for download.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The English version of the guide has been finalized and the partners are now editing the guide in all consortium languages. The project is delivering the last intellectual outputs as it ends on the 31<sup>st<\/sup> of October 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.danilodolci.org\/project\/passionpreneurs\/\"><strong>PASSIONPRENEURS \u2013 \u201cSocial Entrepreneurship through passion\u201d<\/strong><\/a> project&#8217;s objective is to tackle <strong>unemployment<\/strong> and <strong>social exclusion<\/strong> of disadvantaged groups with social entrepreneurship through interests, talents and passions of marginalised adults. Social entrepreneurship combines the ideas of business creation, economic development, collaboration of people for common concerns and social challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the project, three intellectual outputs were developed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>IO1 Training programme \u2018Social Entrepreneurship through passion\u2019 (development of curriculum, practical activities and tools, translation);<\/li><li>IO2 Trainers\u2019 guide for adult educators with three chapters: identification of interests, talents and passions; guidance to implement the Training Programme; and peer-coaching (development, translation and piloting);<\/li><li>IO3 On-line learning platform (development, translation, online community, webinars and information space).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-io1-training-programme\">IO1 &#8211; Training programme<\/h3>\n\n\n<a href='https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/media\/passionpreneurs-io1-training-programme-it.pdf' class='big-button bigred' target=\"_blank\">Download &#8211; Training programme &#8211; IT<\/a>\n\n\n<a href='https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/media\/passionpreneurs-io1-training-programme-en.pdf' class='big-button bigred' target=\"_blank\">Download &#8211; Training programme &#8211; EN<\/a>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-io2-trainers-guide\">IO2 &#8211; Trainers\u2019 guide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IO2 Trainers\u2019 guide is meant for adult educators and is organized in three chapters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chapter 1: Methodology for the identification of interests, talents and passions (ITPs) of adults<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this chapter the Appreciative Inquiry and the Ikigai methods are explained.
