{"id":19345,"date":"2022-10-31T11:26:39","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T10:26:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/danilodolci.org\/?p=19345"},"modified":"2023-01-02T17:05:07","modified_gmt":"2023-01-02T16:05:07","slug":"occay-counselors-digital-competences-course","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/en\/news\/occay-counselors-digital-competences-course\/","title":{"rendered":"We help to improve the digital competences of carrer counsellors with the OCCAY online course"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course of the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/danilodolci.org\/project\/occay\/\">OCCAY project<\/a><\/strong> to promote online career guidance by improving the <strong>digital skills of career counsellors<\/strong> will soon be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 26 to 28 October, the project partners&#8217; testing of the OCCAY course took place at the CSC Danilo Dolci premises in Palermo. OCCAY will provide educational and career counsellors and institutions with a <strong>high-quality, secure and professional digital platform <\/strong>where they can take part in an <strong>online course<\/strong> with a modular system based on the digital competence framework (DigComp 2.0) and 72 units in total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The modules are flexible in the areas of information &amp; data literacy, communication &amp; collaboration, digital content creation, safety and problem solving, so they can be&nbsp;attended independently in order to<strong> meet your individual learning<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>needs<\/strong>. The content is based on the suitability for everyday use and the practical relevance in career guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The modules are structured as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communication and collaboration tools&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apps for career guidance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application 4.0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online counselling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital health literacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-help empowerment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The curriculum is based on the standards of the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training ECVET and counts as 3 ECVET credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/danilodolci.org\/en\/project\/occay\/\">OCCAY- ONLINE CAREER COUNSELLING ACADEMY&nbsp;<\/a>is financed by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union Erasmus + under Key Action 2, Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training.
