Through this significant initiative, together with partner associations in Greece and Poland, we have developed <strong>an innovative training program to assist newly hired teachers in navigating the complexities of entering this profession.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The materials produced <strong>will remain available on our website for all who wish to learn more about the proposed modules and the methodologies they include. <\/strong>The developed materials have been published and are now accessible in all project languages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training Program<\/strong>: a training path consisting of five different modules designed to provide tools for teachers who face challenges in classroom management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evaluation Report<\/strong>: a document based on surveys administered to participants of the pilot training, analyzing the findings through various educational experiences across the participating countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This two-year initiative has been crucial in identifying key solutions for teachers facing challenges.
