Each partner \u00a0chose a conflict depending on the historical, social and political context of his country, and considered the non-violent transformation of these conflicts through activities that put into practice the reciprocal maieutic approach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project \u201cInventing the Future\u201d was designed with the idea of allowing people from different countries to collectively think about the possibility of non-violent conflict transformation, with an informal approach to education and international mobility. Five EU countries and two countries in the Middle East participated. The countries involved were: Italy (country coordinator), Moldova, France, Bulgaria, Spain, Israel and Palestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cInventing the Future\u201d was funded by the program \u201cYouth in Action\u201d. It used the reciprocal maieutic approach, a non-formal educational method based on consideration and valorization of others through listening, creativity and comparison with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reflection upon the causes and consequences of multiethnic, multicultural and religious conflict;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning how to analyze conflicts and develop strategies to solve them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping young people develop skills to manage conflict situations in a nonviolent way;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobilization of the knowledge and resources of all participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a Europe-wide exchange of experiences and good practices with regard to non-violent conflict transformation.<strong><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-activities\"><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project activities were carried out both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kick-off meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft of a manifesto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Youth exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peer education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntary Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International seminar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final seminar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-partners\"><strong>Partners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicant coordinator:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CESIE<\/a>, Italy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/danilodolci.org\/\">Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo \u201cDanilo Dolci\u201d<\/a>, Italy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regional Development Center \u201cSTABILITY\u201d, Moldavia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pistes-solidaires.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pistes-solidaires,<\/a>\u00a0France<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alaslah.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wi\u2019am center for conflict resolution<\/a><em>,<\/em>\u00a0Palestine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yofi.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Youth forum Ashdod-Israel<\/a>, Israel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/rdu.bg\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Recreation and Development Union<\/a>, Bulgaria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description of the project The project lasted for two years.
