The project has the following objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To research and analyse of the role of volunteering as a factor for coping with youth unemployment among different target groups:<\/li>\n<li>To raise the interests and engagement of young people towards voluntary activities;<\/li>\n<li>Recognition of volunteering by employers, HR agencies, educational institutions and young people as a tool for: non-formal and independent learning, acquisition of professional and social skills;<\/li>\n<li>To increase the capacity of the organisations that work with volunteers to implement the \u201cVolunteering based on skills\u201d programme which is appropriate to the market and local environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Activities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sociological research \u201cVolunteering \u2013 factor for realisation of young people\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborating and implementing the \u201cVolunteering based on skills\u201d Programme in accordance to market needs and local specifics.
