EDI Go supports youth organisations by strengthening and improving internal practices that promote equality, diversity and inclusiveness (EDI practices).
Pursuing this objective, two events were organised within the project at national and international level during which the results and activities of EDI Go were presented.
In particular, during its two years of operation, the consortium produced:
- Research Report: “Key issues in applying EDI in youth organizations – experience of five EU countries”: a comparative research report in the form of publication that will explore perspectives of young people and youth workers on what their equality, diversity and inclusion experiences are and on what are the main obstacles to their correct implementation.
- Tool Box “Resources for improvement of EDI practices using the whole-organizational approach” that will include Online assessment tool, EDI Charter Mark with recommendations, Good practice examples and Inclusive Language Guidelines.
- Training curriculum “Edi in my organization” on improving the EDI practices using the whole-organizational approach.
- Training for trainers’ package for improving EDI practices using the whole-organizational approach.
- EDI online platform with all the resources produced.
- Online publication “GOOD PRACTICES OF EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN ORGANIZATIONS” that is a collection of 12 good practices examples on improving EDI in 5 countries.
All results were presented at the final conference in Zagreb, together with the workshops created within the project, while during the national conference, held in Palermo at Epyc, a workshop was held together with Disability Pride Palermo on architectural barriers.
