fatiThe Centre for Creative Development “Danilo Dolci” is partner of the new project called FATI “Family Trainer International – network to empower families at risk and single parents”, coordinated by the German association Naturfreunde Thüringen. Together with CSC there are also Point Europe (UK), STRIM (Poland), Mihai Eminescu National College (Romania), Magisztrátus Alapítvány (Hungary). The project aims at increasing the skills of social workers who support policies for families at risk such as single-parent families or families from disadvantaged areas. The project partners met from the 17th to 19th of November 2015 in the beautiful city of Oradea in Romania to give the official start to the project, establish together some organizational and methodological aspects and agree on the next steps to take. The partners will meet again next May 2016 in the UK, to deliver a training with the practitioners supporting families in the partner countries. The project will last three years and is funded by the Erasmus +, Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnership in the field of adult education.
