Youth participation: tools and opportunities – ACTIVATE onsite conversation
How can we encourage civic engagement among young people? How can we make participation more accessible and fair? Let’s discuss it together!
Join us for a public forum to discuss these issues: an open forum where we can reflect together on what is holding back young people’s civic engagement, how various social, economic and geographical obstacles are intertwined, and what practical steps can be taken to encourage broader and more informed participation.
We look forward to seeing you!

ARCI Sikanamente – Piazza Francesco Crispi, Prizzi (PA)
The event is part of the ACTIVATE initiatives, a European project that addresses some of the key challenges facing democracy today, such as low voter turnout, disinformation and difficulties in accessing decision-making processes.
ACTIVATE promotes the strengthening of civic skills and political literacy, the development of digital resilience, and the exploration of creative and artistic forms of civic participation and engagement, involving young people aged between 18 and 27 in seven countries: Spain, Kosovo, Italy, France, Hungary, Germany and Belgium.
During the meeting, there will also be a detailed presentation of the upcoming activities and free training opportunities offered by the project: webinars, workshops and international exchange programmes.
Complimentary event with free attendance and closure drinks.
