The II meeting of the CAREM project was held in Dublin on October 10th and 11th. The partners met up in order to assess the work done so far and to discuss about the next steps of the project.
During the meeting, particular attention was given to the testing phase in the classrooms of the activities based on the use of collaborative art, and aiming at reducing social marginalisation and promoting intercultural exchange and European citizenship. Teachers and students of primary school involved in the project will test the quality and feasibility of the activities. Their comments and the evaluations collected will help amend the activities and make them more pertinent to the local contexts.
Some local authorities and members of the organisations involved in the educational field took part to the meeting in order to learn something about the project and to share effective actions to support its development and the dissemination of the results at local and European level.
