Community Cultural Hubs to foster social inclusion between the youngsters

The risk of radicalisation as well as membership of extreme right-wing groups are phenomena in which young people, who are often vulnerable to the spread of negative and violent messages, are strongly involved. Marginalisation and belonging to disadvantaged groups increase this risk and severely hamper the processes of integration and social inclusion.

The second transnational meeting of the Priority– Promoting Open Resilient Inclusive societies for Youth project was held in Larissa, Greece, on the 3rd and 4th of October 2019. The coordinator Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V. (DE), the host Καινοτομία Κέντρο Δια Βίου Μάθησης (EL) and the partners- Centro per lo sviluppo creativo Danilo DolciMine Vaganti NGO (IT), ASSIST Software (RO)- during the first day, discussed about the establishment of physical and online PRIORITY Community Cultural Hubs, and the development of the PRIORITY Methodology, the PRIORITY Toolkit/E-toolkit, and the Interactive E-book.

The second day partners finalised the programme of the 2nd Capacity Building Activity that took place in the end of October in Palermo, Italy and designed and planned other upcoming project activities.

PRIORITY is a project funded by Erasmus + – KA3: Social inclusion through education, training and youth and has a duration of 3 years (31/01/2019 – 30/01/2022).
