On December 16th 2020 the kick off meeting of the project Pathways – Upskilling by Creating individualized Learning Pathways, cofunded by the Erasmus + program – Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships | Adult, was held online.

The project involves six partner associations from Spain, Slovenia, Greece, Luxembourg, Italy and Cyprus. The aim of the project is the creation of useful tools to support professionals in the field of adult education and career guidance in improving skills and defining learning paths for adult learners in need for upskilling.

Initially, this first meeting was supposed to take place in Valladolid (Spain), but due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, the meeting was held online.

It was an excellent starting point where the objectives and expected results of the project were presented, and the steps for the beginning of activities were planned.

In the upcoming months, the partners will be involved in the development of a Toolkit for adult education aimed at teachers, educators and career counselors.

Pathways – Upskilling by Creating individualized Learning Pathways is cofunded by the Erasmus + Program – Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships | Adult, and aims to develop a toolkit for professionals in the field of adult education and career guidance who work with adults in need for upskilling.
